The special COR-TEN S355J0WP alloy ensures extremely high durability over time. Upon purchase, the edgings have a steel-like coloration, but after installation, the outer surface rusts and develops a protective layer of oxide that preserves the rest of the material from corrosion.

The bent and flattened top edge not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also serves as an anti-cut feature to keep children, pets, and lawnmowers safe. The beveled top edge provides exceptional strength while allowing the edging to be flexible. The edging can be bent to form curves or angles, and this can be done by hand, using a wooden block or other objects as a template.
